Shipping Boxes
Custom Shipping Boxes
Branded corrugated shippers for heavier, bulkier or multi-item orders. Specified for the weight they actually carry, printed with your brand, and shipped to your US address.
A shipping box has one job first: arrive intact.
Regular slotted cartons are the workhorse format, the standard brown shipper sealed with tape and built to take stacking and handling. Custom shipping boxes give you that durability with your branding on it, sized so you are not paying to ship empty space.
The difference between a shipper and a mailer is priority. A mailer optimises for presentation, a shipper optimises for protection. So we start from what the box has to survive: the weight, whether it is stacked, how far it travels and what happens if it is dropped. Then we add brand. Getting that order the wrong way round is the most common and most expensive packaging mistake we see.
Where it works best
Multi-item and bundle orders
Several products in one carton, with dividers or inserts so they do not knock against each other.
Heavier products
Thicker or double-wall board, where the weight would crush a lighter flute.
Wholesale and retail cases
Outer cases that protect inner retail cartons and still carry your branding for the buyer.
Fragile items
Board and insert combinations chosen for impact, not just for how the box looks.
Restock and transfer
Plain or lightly printed shippers for moving stock between locations without wasting print budget.
Seasonal and promo shipping
Short runs where you want a branded outer for one specific campaign or drop.
Specifications
Everything below is agreed with you before we proof. If something in your spec will not print or ship well, we say so at quote stage rather than after production.
| Box style | Regular slotted carton (RSC) as standard; half-slotted, full-overlap and die-cut variants where the contents call for it. |
|---|---|
| Board | B-flute and C-flute single wall for most orders, BC double wall for heavier or stacked loads. We specify from weight and handling, not from price alone. |
| Stock | Natural kraft as standard, white kraft where print coverage needs it. |
| Printing | Flexographic print for one to three colours on kraft, or litho-laminated for full-colour photographic coverage. |
| Finishes | Generally none. Shippers are handled hard, and coatings add cost without adding protection. Available if the box doubles as retail packaging. |
| Sizes | Made to your internal dimensions. We will flag it if a size pushes you into a worse dimensional weight bracket. |
| Inserts | Corrugated dividers, pads and fitted inserts quoted with the same order. |
| Minimums | Confirmed in your quote. They move with size, stock, print method and finish, and we will tell you honestly if a quantity is not workable for the spec you want. |
| Artwork | Send print-ready files, or send a logo and a reference and we supply the dieline and artwork guidance as part of the job. |
| Lead time | Confirmed in your quote. It depends on structure, quantity and finish, so we give you a realistic window rather than a fixed promise. |
| Production | Made with our trusted partner facilities in Pakistan, quality checked before dispatch. |
| Delivery | Shipped to your US address. Freight method and landed cost are confirmed in your quote. |
Shipping box or mailer box?
If the customer opens it and the moment matters, you probably want a mailer. If it has to survive a rough journey, carry weight, or hold several items, you want a shipper. Plenty of brands run both: a printed mailer for direct-to-consumer orders and a plain shipper for wholesale and restock. You can also nest them, putting a branded mailer inside a plain shipper so the presentation box arrives unmarked. More detail here: mailer box vs shipping box, or see custom mailer boxes.
Questions we get asked
A shipping box is a taped regular slotted carton built mainly for protection and stacking. A mailer is a one-piece tuck-close box built mainly for presentation, with a printable interior. Shippers usually carry more weight; mailers usually do more brand work.
B-flute is the common single-wall choice for everyday shippers. C-flute gives more cushioning depth. BC double wall is for heavy contents, stacked pallets or long journeys. Tell us the weight and whether they will be stacked and we will specify it with your quote.
Yes, though the method matters. One to three colours flexo-printed directly on kraft is the economical route. Full-colour photographic coverage needs litho lamination, which costs more and usually makes more sense on white board.
Yes. Corrugated dividers, pads and fitted inserts are quoted as part of the same order, so you are not sourcing them separately or paying for a second delivery.
Yes. For restock and internal transfers, plain kraft is often the sensible choice. There is no point paying for print on a box your customer never sees.
Cartons are produced with our trusted partner facilities in Pakistan, quality checked, then shipped to your US address. Freight method, landed cost and timing are confirmed in your quote.
