How we handle your information

Last updated September 2026. Plain language, no legal fog.

1. What we collect

When you send a quote request or email us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, work email, company, phone number if you give one, and the details of your project such as packaging type, quantity, size, delivery ZIP code and deadline. Our analytics collects basic anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type.

2. How we use it

We use your details to prepare your quote, answer your questions and coordinate your order. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to marketers. Your artwork, dielines and project details stay between you and us.

3. Quote form submissions

When you submit the quote form, the request is stored in this website’s own database and a notification is sent to our team inbox at quote@package.alfaengage.com. By submitting the form you agree to be contacted about that request. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and anonymous analytics. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner. Declining them will not break the quote form.

5. Data retention

We keep quote and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your personal details at any time by emailing quote@package.alfaengage.com.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email quote@package.alfaengage.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

8. Contact
