Product Boxes
Custom Product Boxes
Printed folding cartons cut to your product’s real dimensions. Retail-ready, proofed before print, and shipped to your US address.
Folding cartons, cut to your product rather than to a stock size.
A product box is the carton your product actually sits in, the one that goes on a shelf, into a retail display, or inside a shipper. It is usually paperboard rather than corrugated, which gives you a smoother print surface and finer finishing options.
Because it is the piece a buyer picks up and turns over, the details show: how crisp the crease is, whether the panels line up, whether the finish scuffs. We build the dieline around your product’s real measurements, you approve a digital proof, and the carton is produced with our partner facilities before being shipped to you.
Where it works best
Retail shelf products
Cartons sized and printed to hold their own next to established brands on a shelf.
Supplements and wellness
Straight tuck-end cartons with panel space for the information and claims you are required to carry.
Cosmetics and skincare
Fine finishes, foil detail and fitted inserts that keep a bottle upright and unmarked.
Food and beverage
Cartons, sleeves and takeout formats built for appearance and for transit.
Inner packaging
The carton inside the shipper, so the product arrives already presented.
Kits and multipacks
One carton holding several components, with dividers so nothing shifts.
Specifications
Everything below is agreed with you before we proof. If something in your spec will not print or ship well, we say so at quote stage rather than after production.
| Carton style | Straight tuck end, reverse tuck end, auto-bottom, seal-end and sleeve formats. Windows and handles available. |
|---|---|
| Board | Folding boxboard and SBS paperboard in a range of calipers, chosen for the product weight and the shelf presence you want. |

| Artwork | Send print-ready files, or send a logo and a reference and we supply the dieline and artwork guidance as part of the job. |

| Production | Made with our trusted partner facilities in Pakistan, quality checked before dispatch. |

Getting the structure right
Tuck style matters more than most people expect. A straight tuck end has both flaps folding from the back, which keeps the front panel clean for artwork. A reverse tuck end is cheaper to produce but puts a visible flap edge on the front. An auto-bottom carton costs more per unit and saves real time if you are hand-packing hundreds. Tell us how the carton will be filled and we will recommend a structure that fits the way you actually work. If the carton will also be posted on its own, say so at quote stage, because paperboard rarely survives the post without an outer. Planning a mailer around it is cheaper than reprinting.
Questions we get asked
A product box is usually paperboard, holds and presents the product, and is designed to be seen on a shelf or opened inside another box. A mailer is corrugated and designed to survive the postal network. Many brands use both: the carton for presentation, the mailer for transit.
Yes. Windows can be die-cut and left open or covered with a clear film patch. Tell us at quote stage, because a window changes the structure and the panel space available for artwork.
Yes. We produce the dieline for your size and send it with artwork guidance covering bleed, safe zones, crease positions and which panels are visible when the carton is closed.
Send us the information and we will lay out the panel with it. We will also flag it if the space you have chosen is too small for the text to print reliably at the size required.
It can be adapted, but it is not automatic. Panel proportions change with size, so artwork usually needs repositioning. We handle that as part of the dieline and proof stage.
