Bags and Pouches
Custom Bags and Pouches
Printed paper bags, poly mailers and stand-up pouches. Branded carriers for retail, events and soft-goods shipping, delivered to your US address.
The format that leaves the store with your customer.
Bags and pouches cover the jobs a box is wrong for: carrying a purchase out of a shop, posting something soft and unbreakable, or holding a product that needs a seal rather than a lid.
They are also the cheapest branded surface you can buy. A printed paper bag travels through a street, a train and an office before anyone throws it away, and a poly mailer costs a fraction of a corrugated box for items that do not need protection from crushing.
Where it works best
Retail and boutique
Paper carriers with rope, ribbon or twisted paper handles for in-store purchases.
Apparel ecommerce
Poly mailers for soft goods, where a box would be paying for protection the product does not need.
Events and trade shows
Short-run printed bags for one specific event rather than a year of stock.
Food and dry goods
Stand-up pouches with resealable closures, gussets and window options.
Coffee and tea
Pouches with degassing valves, foil barriers and resealable zips.
Gifting and takeaway
Smaller bags and pouches used as the presentation layer inside a larger order.
Specifications
Everything below is agreed with you before we proof. If something in your spec will not print or ship well, we say so at quote stage rather than after production.
| Paper bag styles | Flat-bottom and gusseted kraft or art paper bags, with twisted paper, flat paper, rope, cotton or ribbon handles. Die-cut handle options available. |
|---|---|
| Poly mailer styles | Self-seal courier mailers in a range of sizes, plain or printed, with an optional tear strip and returns seal. |
| Pouch styles | Stand-up pouches, flat pouches and side-gusset bags, with resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and window options. |
| Materials | Kraft and art paper for bags; recycled-content poly options for mailers; multi-layer laminate or kraft-look film for pouches. |
| Printing | Full-colour CMYK and Pantone spot matching on paper. Poly mailers print most economically in one or two spot colours. |
| Finishes | Matte or gloss lamination on paper bags, plus spot UV and foil on the print panel. |
| Sizes | Made to your dimensions. For pouches we confirm the fill volume works with the gusset before proofing. |
| Minimums | Confirmed in your quote. They move with size, stock, print method and finish, and we will tell you honestly if a quantity is not workable for the spec you want. |
| Artwork | Send print-ready files, or send a logo and a reference and we supply the dieline and artwork guidance as part of the job. |
| Lead time | Confirmed in your quote. It depends on structure, quantity and finish, so we give you a realistic window rather than a fixed promise. |
| Production | Made with our trusted partner facilities in Pakistan, quality checked before dispatch. |
| Delivery | Shipped to your US address. Freight method and landed cost are confirmed in your quote. |
Bag, pouch or box?
If the item is soft, unbreakable and posted, a poly mailer is almost always the cheaper and lighter answer, because you are not paying to ship rigid walls. If the item is handed over in person, a paper bag does the carrying and the advertising at once. If the contents need a seal, a barrier or a resealable closure, you want a pouch. Where people go wrong is using a box because it feels more premium, on a product that would arrive perfectly well in a mailer. That cost shows up on every single order. Because we quote everything in one order, adding bags to a box run means one proof round and one delivery rather than two of each.
Questions we get asked
Yes, and it is usually the sensible way to do it. One quote, one proof round, one delivery, and the print matches across both because it is produced together.
Twisted paper, flat paper, rope, cotton tape and ribbon, plus die-cut handles where the bag is small enough not to need a separate attachment. Handle choice affects both cost and how much weight the bag will carry.
Recycled-content and recyclable poly options are available, though what can actually be recycled depends on the facilities where your customer lives. We will tell you what the material is rather than describe it with a vague environmental label.
Yes, along with tear notches, hang holes, windows and degassing valves for coffee. Tell us what goes inside and how it will be stored and we will specify the structure.
Yes for paper bags and pouches. For poly mailers, printing both sides is possible but usually adds more cost than value, so most brands print one side well.
Confirmed in your quote. They differ a lot between formats, because a printed poly mailer behaves very differently from a laminated paper bag with rope handles.
