How We Work

Buying packaging from overseas, without the usual guesswork.

We handle the part most brands find hardest: turning a product into a printable structure, proving it before anything runs, and getting it produced and delivered to a US address. One contact from first message to final box.

Packaging material and finish samples

Five stages, one point of contact.

You are not passed between a sales rep, a studio and a factory. The same person takes your brief, sends the dieline, shows you the proof and tells you when it ships.

STEP 01

Packaging consultation

You tell us the product, how it sells and how it ships. We recommend a format and a structure, and we say when a cheaper format would do the same job.

STEP 02

Design and dielines

We produce the dieline for your exact dimensions and send artwork guidance covering bleed, safe zones, crease positions and which panels are visible when the pack is closed.

STEP 03

Digital proof

You see a proof with the artwork laid onto the structure before anything is printed. Nothing runs until you approve it in writing.

STEP 04

Production coordination

Your order is produced with our trusted partner facilities in Pakistan. We manage the spec, the schedule and the quality check before dispatch.

STEP 05

Delivery to your US address

We arrange freight and customs paperwork and keep you updated. Freight method, landed cost and timing are confirmed in your quote.

STEP 06

Reorders

Your dieline, artwork and spec stay on file, so a repeat run is a short message rather than starting again.

What we do and do not do

We do: structure and format advice, dielines, artwork guidance and preflight, digital proofing, production coordination with our partner facilities, quality checks before dispatch, freight arrangement to your US address, and keeping your spec on file for reorders.

We do not: operate a US factory, warehouse or office. We do not run an instant online pricing engine or a 3D configurator, and we do not hold stock for same-day dispatch. Everything is quoted per project, because the price of packaging genuinely depends on the structure, the material, the finish and the quantity.

If you need packaging in your hands this week, we are the wrong supplier and we will say so rather than take the order.

Buying across borders, handled properly

You get one price, not five

Your quote covers production and delivery to your US address. Freight and duties are confirmed in the quote so there is no surprise invoice later.

Proof before anything prints

A digital proof is the control point. If the artwork is wrong, it costs an email. If it is wrong after production, it costs a reprint.

Spec written down, not implied

Board, flute, stock, finish, dimensions and quantity are all written into the quote so there is no argument about what was agreed.

Quality checked before dispatch

Cartons are checked against the approved proof and spec before they leave the facility, because a problem found in Pakistan is cheaper than one found in your warehouse.

Honest about timing

Lead times depend on structure, quantity and finish. We give a realistic window in the quote instead of a number that sounds good and slips.

Your files stay yours

Dielines and artwork we produce for your job are yours. You are not locked in by us holding your files.

Common questions about the process

No. Send the product dimensions or photos and a rough quantity. We can quote from that and sort the artwork afterwards. If you have a logo and a reference you like, that is usually enough to start.

Dieline and artwork guidance are part of the job when you order with us. If you want the dieline without placing an order, tell us and we will quote that separately.

Ask at quote stage. Whether a physical sample is practical depends on the format and the finish, and we will tell you honestly what it involves and what it costs rather than promising free samples as a rule.

Payment terms are set out in your quote before you commit. We will not start production without a written, agreed quote.

We arrange freight and prepare the shipping documentation. The landed cost basis is stated in your quote so you know what is and is not included before you order.

Tell us immediately with photographs. We compare it against the approved proof and the written spec, and we deal with it from there. That is exactly why the proof and the written spec exist.

Send us your product, not a purchase order.

Tell us what it is, how it sells and roughly how many you need. You will get a format recommendation and a delivered price.
